Jack nods a bit, he didn’t like it. It needed to be cuter, he’d have to find another single syllable of her name to call her by that sounded better than that. He’d probably just get used to it later, or not.
The blond haired boy just stared between them, the language he was more than used to being exposed to and Bunni always getting upset by it. He thought it was sorta funny but he’d never say that, he’d get in trouble with Bunni if he did. “Friend? Aahh, you mean Bunni? ” He glances back at the cowering child behind him.
With her more engaging words Bunni jolted and began stuttering nervously, "W-w-what?? Did she-?! D-did she hear me..?! Did you hear me? Ah! oh god Jack, what did you say?" Bunni starring wide eyed as she turned to face Johnny who raised a brow at her
"Huh?? I didn’ say nothin’…Did I?" He tilts his head in thought before looking at Johnny and blinking.
Johnny just brings up a hand which held a menacing knife, waving at the woman while chuckling in mild disbelief, "Hahahaa, what the fuuck is this?" As he spoke, the motions in his jaw and mouth caused two twin screws in each side of his jaw to turn back and forth with his movements.
"Ah, so Bunni’s their name." She sticks to gender neutral pronouns until she can figure out the child’s gender.
She looks to Bunni, wondering why they’re so nervous. She raises a brow. “Yes, I can see you… and him and him.” She points to Bunni, Jack, and Johnny.
"Am I not supposed to?" She looks to Jack. “I don’t think you said anything wrong."
She whips around to face Johnny again. “Language! Can you not see there are children present?!”
She cringes at the screws.
"What are you?”
"I-I I don’t, what, I aahh…!?" The white haired child seemed unable to formulate their sentences, voice dying out. Neither of them were used to people being able to see them, what was going on?
Jack busies himself with trying to get the band off, he didn’t remember why he should but it was something to do and that was really all the reason he needed. “I didn’t think I did..”
Johnny tilts his head with a wooden clunk, grinning wide, "What are ya yammerin’ about? Haha-heh, and just tell me, what sort are ya?"
"Jooohn" The rabbit whined, "You should be more bothered by this, how can you not beee? "
"Tsk, why should I give a flyin’ fuck? I’m used to being able to do this every so often unlike yoouu. Besides cotton tail, did you forget the puppets? "
"But he doesn’t have the puppets…!!" Bunni hisses back quietly, worried about being heard, Johnny merely shrugs before looking back to Miriam.
"Bitch if ya keep lookin’ at me like that and I’ll pop yer eyes out." He grins while shaking the knife at her.
"Why are you so panicked, Bunni? I’m a good adult. I won’t hurt you."
She glances to Jack, who is fiddling with his wristband. “You may need scissors for that. What is it anyway?”
"Puppets? What?" She rubs her head. There is just so much going on right now and it doesn’t make any sense.
The obscenities distract her, especially when they are aimed at her. She backs away, glaring at him.
"And if you don’t stop blurting obscenities and threatening a black belt, I’ll kick your butt into next week! On second thought, I’ll do it right now!"
She sprints towards him, jumping in the air and aiming a kick right for his stomach, only for it to go right through him.
She wasn’t expecting that and, having no target, she landed on her back with a thud, thoroughly knocking the wind out of her.
Bunni seemed to be having trouble speaking directly with her, Johnny not so much who had always had a habit of yelling at whoever was speaking to Jack and managed to offended him whether or not they would hear his words.
"Ooh," Jack perks and then nods understanding, looking to Bunni, "Do you have scissors?"
"Aah….no Jack, sorry…we’ll find some later. Okay?" Jack smiles and nods, “Okay~”
Johnny scoffs, "Pfft, I’d like ta see ya try!" He has a mild grin as she goes to attack, raising his knife to plunge into her chest but the two figures only melting through each other. Johnny looks mildly disappointed, dropping his arm down to his side while straightening up and glancing down at her.
"Well, good job there chickie, ya sure showed me didn’ cha?" He sounds somewhat bitter and mocking, annoyed at being robbed of the potential violence and bloodshed.
Bunni whimpers at the exchange, waiting a moment before speaking up, "Ooh gosh….is she okay? Jack go be a good lad and help her."
"Okaay~" Jack scootches over over and stoops down near her head, looking down at her. “You okies? You’re not hurt are ya? That happens sometimes when you play with Johnny.”
